These terms govern your use of the Eleganza website and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to describe and price products accurately, but reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices or availability at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order through our website is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email. Payment is currently arranged by bank transfer or cash on delivery, as confirmed at checkout — no card details are collected on this website. An order is confirmed once payment is received or agreed.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees, since every item is built to order. See our Delivery and Returns page for full details.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including hygiene-product exceptions for mattresses, are set out on our Delivery and Returns page.
6. Warranty and Liability
Our mattresses carry a multi-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, described on our Delivery and Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
